Ncell prepaid customers can now make calls to any Ncell number at only 86 paisa per minute including all taxes.
Ncell, the leading mobile service provider of the country has launched Voice Pack for the first time targeting its prepaid customers, enabling the users to buy daily and weekly pack and enjoy making calls respectively at Rs 1 and 86 paisa per minute including taxes.
The daily pack comprises 11 minutes of talk time and is priced at Rs 11 including all taxes. Similarly, weekly pack includes 70 minutes talk time and costs net Rs 60 with taxes. The scheme is coming into effect from Tuesday (Jan 12) for three months.
Daily pack minutes is valid for 24 hours, while validity of weekly pack minutes is seven days. Once the validity period expires or talk time finishes, customer will be charged normal tariff. Normal charge for on net call is Rs 2.50 (including taxes) per minute.
“We are pleased to introduce voice pack as a part of our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates. Following network modernization, we believe the pack further adds value to our customers,” said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.
Customers can buy these packs as many times as they want, as per their communications need. They can buy or activate the voice service packs through channels including USSD, IVR, SMS and Ncell Mobile App. The voice pack voucher card will be available in the market from Mid-February at all the Ncell center,Ncell shop and authorized POS.
Customers can dial 17118 and after hearing information about the voice pack, they can press 1 to buy daily voice pack and 2 to buy weekly pack. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and select 1 for daily and 2 for weekly pack.
Similarly, while buying the pack through SMS, customer will have to type 11 for daily pack and 60 for weekly pack and send it to 17118 for activation. Customers can dial *901# to get information about the remaining voice pack minutes.

In order to cater to the customers growing demand for data services, Ncell recently had also revised its data packs, making it more affordable. The company has been introducing pioneering services and heavily contributing to increase availability of mobile services across the country.
