MAW Vriddhi to Launch Cutting-Edge EV Service Centers in Balkumari and Basundhara

Kathmandu – In a significant move to enhance its after-sales service for electric vehicle (EV) owners, MAW Vriddhi has announced plans to open two new state-of-the-art EV service centers in Balkumari and Basundhara. The initiative is part of the company’s broader effort to meet the growing demand for efficient and specialized EV maintenance in Nepal.
These upcoming facilities will serve as dedicated service hubs for three of MAW Vriddhi’s prominent EV brands: Deepal, Dongfeng, and Seres. Each center will be equipped with 25 specialized service bays, designed to handle high service volumes with efficiency, precision, and care. By investing in this advanced infrastructure, the company aims to significantly reduce wait times and enhance the overall service experience for EV customers.
This expansion marks the launch of MAW Vriddhi’s second and third exclusive EV service centers. With the addition of these two new facilities, the company’s EV service network will grow to three locations, signaling a major leap forward in its commitment to sustainable mobility and long-term customer support.
According to company officials, the new centers are strategically located to improve accessibility for customers across the Kathmandu Valley. The Balkumari and Basundhara branches will be positioned in key urban corridors, ensuring that EV owners can reach high-quality service without traveling long distances.
The facilities are expected to become fully operational within the next three to five months. Once open, they are anticipated to set a new standard for EV service quality in Nepal, combining technical excellence with customer-centric service.
MAW Vriddhi emphasized that its core mission remains centered on customer satisfaction, reliability, and long-term value. By expanding its service footprint and investing in high-end facilities, the company is reinforcing its role as a leading player in Nepal’s evolving electric vehicle ecosystem.
As the EV market in Nepal continues to expand rapidly, driven by environmental concerns and rising fuel prices, MAW Vriddhi’s strategic expansion is likely to play a key role in shaping the future of clean mobility in the country.
