Running from 13th to 23rd March 2025, this festival promises an unforgettable culinary journey featuring rich, authentic, and aromatic Punjabi delicacies.
With a legacy of over 25 years in bringing the essence of Punjab to food lovers across the globe, Chef Sweety Singh is best known for his dedication to preserving traditional Punjabi flavors. His expertise in blending spices and age-old cooking techniques will take guests on a nostalgic journey to the heart of Punjab. Diners can indulge in soulful Punjabi delicacies, including signature dishes like Amritsari Tandoori Kebabs, Sarson Da Saag & Makki Di Roti, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, Pindi Chole, and an array of rich desserts like Phirni and Gajar Ka Halwa.
The festival will feature several special events and highlights, including the Grand Opening with a Press Meet & Cocktail Dinner on March 12th, 2025, at the Presidential Suite, featuring an exclusive interaction with General Manager Michel Koopman and Chef Sweety Singh. The Biggest Holi Celebration on March 13th will bring a vibrant festival experience with festive Punjabi cuisine.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a Buffet Lunch from 14th-16th March (Friday-Sunday) from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. This unique festival will be hosted at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering guests a chance to savor Chef Sweety Singh’s legendary creations.
